This issue appears to be fixed.
This is a known, widespread issue with no currently known fix aside from disabling all wild dinos on Genesis.
For now, the only course of action is to stay out of the sea.
If you need to do ocean biome missions / collect glitches we can temporarily disable all wild dinos on Genesis which prevents disconnects.
